Old Store Grain Cabinet
This was 100 % dismantled after stripping all foreign materials were removed. I used a oil finish and kept the character of the piece. It's heading to a collector in Philadelphia. I'm just waiting on glass panels for the drawer fronts. About 30% is new /old wood to replace rotten wood.
Anyone see these still in use out west?

Well worth the time spent I'd say. Looks gorgeous with that finish

That is so cool! I love old things. I have my grandpa's old crank telephone, my grandma's wash stand and some old wooden dynamite boxes that were also my grandpa's. They are in our dining room and use the dynamite boxes to hold a elk euro mount and some old bleached sheds that I pick up when hunting out West.
