We're having bighorn sheep nuts tonight, I've never had them before, I'll report back on the experience...

I should have tried them on my cal bighorn sheep I got last year in Nevada,,"what a set",,but I left them on the mtn out of respect.
Seriously, yes. Having butter- or bacon fat-fried WT deer, mule deer, moose, and bighorn nuts, I have to say that the sheep nuts are the superior table fare. I did a mule deer buck and sheep at the same time in sheep camp last year, and it was no contest.

I'll try anything once so we had em off a fallow buck last year, they weren't bad but I wouldn't bother again. Tongue is something I've been playing around with that is worth refining I think.

I tryed them in Canada years ago when I shot my Whitetail Buck ! They boys just said hey try this ..its not my favorite !

I wonder by the thumbnail picture how many thought you were going to eat raw nutts...
My only experience eating testis was eating rocky mountain oysters during my honeymoon.... Didn't get any kisses the rest of that day
