Just watched Randy's Bison cook out with the Henry mountain oysters, who saves them and what animals? Side note... I laughed for 3m and 27s.

I saved them from my lope this year... poached in butter like Renella does. I really didn't like them. My wife and kids both thought they were flavorless. I won't save any again.

I attempted to cook up sheep nuts and I failed miserably. Many steps of preparation lasted all of one bite, but I had to try it.

Like a lot of accessory critter pieces, if there weren't all that good meat attached maybe I'd be tempted to try...

I can’t stop thinking about what’s in there and all the places I don’t want it. It’s just one of those things I’ll likely never experience.

They’re good and tasty off a beef calf. I can’t imagine them being the same off a mature, or in rut animal.
