Seafood in smoker.

I've done tuna bellies on mine which are about as fishy and greasy as it gets and will continue to do it. If you don't cook it off or change the drip pan foil afterwards you can get a little fishy taste on things but it's avoidable. Don't let a little fear and/or work deter you from superior food...

If you're a fish taco fan, give them a try next time you have access to some salmon. A lightly breaded and pan fried piece of salmon is about one of my favorites
