I put in my $20 as a nonresident. If it comes through it will be the cheapest way for me to hunt in SD. I would spend about that much on a resident Illinois combo deer tag. Lord knows several of those have failed* to turn into meat in my freezer.

*I have failed to convert, there was nothing physically wrong with the tag...
