I plan on shooting 3+ of them next year. I could easily bring one up when you take me caribou hunting...

Come on up... I'll let you pack all the caribou you want. Unfortunately the areas we hunt are resident only.

If/when I do come that way, I'll be sure to stop by and bring you some pronghorn. I think I'm putting in for musk ox next month, but will be up for caribou someday...

Had elk pot roast from the crock pot tonight. Man, it was good! Tender and moist.....smothered in portabella mushroom soup. I almost wish I would get tired of it that way so I could venture out in some other directions. Just really hard to beat although I really like pulled venison from the crock pot too.
