Rifle build done

Congrats! Looks like a very useful rig. Knowing you, I'm sure it'll see plenty of use this fall.

You mention the erector spring. Is installing that SOP when they put in an M1 or do you have to specify it? If you have to specify it, how much?

PS- That's be easier to carry on Pork-aggedon II! :D

I've been shooting a 7mm08 since they were first released as a commercial round back in the late 80's. All I can say is your life just got a little better. ;) Sweet build!

What does a setup like that cost to build?

I've built a couple now, and in general you can expect the following if you provide an action:

Barrel: $300
Cut, crown and chamber: $250
True action (optional): $250
Cerakote: Anywhere from $100 for a barrel to up to $300 if you do multiple colors and have a fluted barrel/bolt
Bolt Fluting: $50 - $80

Nice riffle. Looks like you did a great job. The performance speaks for its self.
I would really like to built one myself.

Lets see some REAL shooting now for all that money you spent....like 4-600 yards.... :) Or are you saying you spent all that money for a 100 yards rifle? hehehehe

Nice lookin rifle and performance!! That setup is about as good of sheep "lightweight" rifle as anyone could want.
