Red Fishing on Cape San Blas

Just finished shucking about a gallon and a half of scallops. The wife gave me a kitchen pass today and I took advantage of it the best I could.

After harvesting as many scallops as I cared to today, I wet my line for an hour or so til sunset. Hooked into a fine red. I was fishing from my kayak, and this baby pulled me a good distance around the salt marsh.

Who knows, if I am lucky, maybe I'll get another shot at this tomorrow.
