Does anyone remember save Toby? I had nearly forgot about the poor rabbit until I saw this post. Here's a link to a few "Toby"" recipes:

Brown the rabbit meat then put it in a dutch oven or other cast iron, covered, oven safe dish and cover the meat with cream of mushroom soup and slow bake an hour or so.

Very good stuff.
