Public Land Foes Go Undergroun

Good work Ben, this article lays out the reality of this administration policies towards public lands. No surprise from party who has public land disposal as line item in their party platform. If republicans are the party for sportsman then they need a reality check.

Agency staff and budgets are a fraction of what they were decades ago. This can set up local land managers for failure. When the public sees those failures, or the agency isn’t meeting public expectations, voters may grow more supportive of schemes to do away with public lands altogether.

I think we've been told this before, right @BuzzH?

Thank you Ben. I’m grateful to be part of a forum of people like yourself. Before joining Hunttalk, I was largely unaware of this kind political stuff, and took our public land for granted. It’s different now because of folks like you shedding light on stuff like this.
