While on an elk this past September I had a buckle break while hauling a load of meat out on my pack. It was not a real big deal as I just tied it off with paracord. So it was still fully functional. I emailed them with photos of the break and asked if it could be repaired and sent back to me before January 1st and if not before then I'd send it in after that so I could use it on a hunt and I was happy either way. I got this back. I really appreciate when companies hold up their end of the deal like this.
