Celery, cabbage, tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, corn, mixed veggies, onion, carrots, sweet peppers, garlic, beef base, rice, salt & pepper, about 1.5 pounds of small cubed pronghorn.

My house smells amazing.

We went with yeast rolls and real butter. Finished that off with home made jam.

It was pretty much better than anything I have eaten in the last few years.

Sounds tasty. Never ate pronghorn other than jerky which was fantastic.

That is something I hear a lot. It's funny to me because pronghorn is one of my favorites. I prefer it to beef, and often prefer it to elk.
