As long as this state has the crappy unit wide landowner vouchers, I believe a person should be able to sell their draw tags legally.

Put in for 10 years for a premium deer/elk tag and sell it to the highest bidder. If a landowner can make $ on it why can't I?

It would be different if the tags were private land only.
