Grilled some venison flat Iron and sweet potato on the pellet grill. Wife threw together an arugula salad. Turned out really good.

A pronghorn bastard menage a trois lovechild sandwich of Santa Maria Tri-Tip(meat), Philly Cheesesteak (peppers, onions, cheese), Chicago Beef(dipped in jus).

Went dip netting for red salmon the other day, had a good haul. Tonight, Salmon patties, with sweet peppers, from the garden. Onion & garlic, capers & spice . Green house cucumber & tomato salad with balsamic dressing. Thinking to smoke the remainder.
