I made 2 corned beef’s in the last week and both turned out like garbage. I don’t know how one can screw them up in a crock pot but I managed to. Both came out tender, but rubbery and bland as helll

I must be the only one who hates that meal regardless who makes it. Wife loves it, I dont get it.

found a new restaurant in Lynchburg Va. On my recent trip. Fleming Mountain Grill if you're ever in the area. They have also resurrected a local favorite known as "Mitchell's Chicken" I can't speak to it yet but it did look mighty fine. This is their medium rare Angus ribeye with baked potato and greenbeans. Unlimited salad bar is also available.
