Plate ‘em up

I've been doing this lately. Beats firing up the oven for roasting them.
I think they taste as good this way as any way. Only thing that can beat them is hooters 3 mile island wings……..if I ever decide to have a cheat day, that’s what I’m longing for!
 
@Dave N , have you tried the air fryer for your scads of Alaska fish? I cut the fish into about 1"cubes, toss in a bowl with a bit of olive oil and seasoning. Cook 375* for about 10 minutes total, pretty easy and tasty.
