@Dave N , have you tried the air fryer for your scads of Alaska fish? I cut the fish into about 1"cubes, toss in a bowl with a bit of olive oil and seasoning. Cook 375* for about 10 minutes total, pretty easy and tasty.

Like this? Halibut. Stopped it at 9 minutes. Afraid to overcook it.

Amazon special! I honestly like it better than a flour breading anyway. Need to be mindful when seasoning the meat though as the crumbs already contain a fair amount of salt
