Plate ‘em up

My first entry into the the plate em up. Its a fresh king (swimming this morning in wrangel straights). I marinated it in a bourbon honey marinade (pendletons, honey -- simmered down not boiled then cooled and then into a zip lock with salmon for five or so hours.) Grilled with cajun black pepper. The cream of corn is sweat corn with a few spices, pickled jalopenos, garlic, onion, heavey cream,butter,IMG_1547.jpg a bit of the marinade, and honey. thickened with parmeson cheese.
