I assume so, but I don’t know.

With 916,076± total acres, including 99,188± deeded.

So paying $10,000 an acre for the deeded, or paying $1,000 an acre for leased public lands. Depends on how you look at it.

I hate it when they market properties like that. It’s 99,188 acres. Thats what you are buying. Even at the ridiculously low current price of grazing leases they aren’t worth paying $1,000 an acre for them.
