One More Bullet

The only "learning opportunity" is that there is no upside to posting these cluster shag videos, whether you're an "influencer" or just a joe with his buddies. Leave the 3' misses, gut shots, etc on the cutting room floor, there is no upside to posting them.
I think it’s good to be aware of how we treat our deer in this great state.

@Life by the Horns I typically really enjoy the videos of yourself and your kids. In fact I think that your kids shoot better than your brother and cousin.

There were a lot of justifications going on in the comment section which was honestly concerning to me. We have all had hunt go haywire but this was a VERY hard watch. I know prairie hunting, I've hunted montana my whole life. Sometimes it's almost impossible to get a range and if thats the case the solution is to get closer or not shoot.

You can't control your family's actions but you can control not publishing film.

I know you even said that they need to get their setups squared away but tbh I don't think the guns were the problem. Shooting at 500+ standing off of a tripod is just plain stupid unless it's at steel. These fellers need to learn how to get a proper rest before pulling the trigger.

Also if you are shooting at an animal past 500 yards you should be shooting more than just "several times a year out to 600".

I get that this was kind of a lessons learned video but I think this is a more laugh at "what a cluster that hunt was" around the camp fire instead of posting for the world to see.

My 2 cents from a Joe Shmow on the internet.

Wow. Seeing someone trying to shoot an eastern MT MD at 500yds with an AR makes me want to go full on Jim Zumbo. Curious how bad the misses were on the whitetail that weren’t shown when the rest of these made the cut.
