Anybody out there got a lucky rabbits foot or some other good luck charm they can work over and send some luck my cousins way it would be appreciated. He is the lone hammer thrower for the U.S. but is only ranked around 12 in the world.Hoping for some good mojo to get him into the finals and then let the chips fall where they may.Best of luck to those that have ties to other Olympians and go U.S.A.

Good luck to him, how do you get invited to throw a hammer. I have thrown lots of them, and never got any recognition, other than getting fired, or having to pay for the damage the hammer did when it hit.

Thanks for the comments everyone.I sure hope he throws well.He is such a good role model and has been putting in his time so we're looking for good things to happen.If not he says the next Olympics is when he should hit his prime.You may have seen him on the Home Depot comercial?Got to love the Olympics,good for screwing up your sleep pattern when you watch to much of it on the tube.

Fess up, how many you guys watched the women's gymnastics last night....hoping for a wardrobe malfunction? ...I don't include the preschoolers comprising the Chinese team. Watched a bit of the water polo today while working out....I'd drown in the first 10 minutes of that chit.

Played on the US National Amputee Hockey Team from 2001-2006. Played in Salt Lake in 02 during the Paralympics. World Championships in Helsinki (03), Prague (04) and Riga (06). Couple of exhibition events in Calgary (05) and Toronto (01) as well. Thinking about trying out again for the 2010 Team going to Vancouver.
