if elk are eating your food you grew to feed your cow,then give a hunter a call,dont charge him to hunt your land,let him hunt on it for free,and next year the elk will not be a problem to you.
no one should be able to charge a large amount of money,or recieve a large amount of money,to hunt a annimal that belongs to all of us,they dont own it we do.:hump:

Whats interesting is Todd Huntington is on the SE RAC for the state of Utah. He is in a pretty good position to get things changed if he wants to.
