I’d say the absolute best thing everyone can do is turn off all the BS news channels and any other form of news and enjoy your life. What’s written, broadcast, or talked about is all BS, both sides trying to spin stuff their way to keep people stirred up.

I used to worry and get pissed off about politics, when I realized it’s all posturing BS and blowhards on both sides I quit. Not to mention a lot of elected officials are some of the dumbest people out there. I mean borderline R word dumb.

Dead on...I judge administrations by my real world experiences anymore...So far my stock portfolio is up a similar % to the last administration. On top of that, I'm not getting threatened to loose my job cause I didn't take a vaccine (which is probably my biggest gripe with the last administration other than the gender affirming BS). All the homeless camps in Bozeman seemed to disappear over night so I'm not having to worry about my wife getting shanked on a morning run. Gas prices are down slightly which frees up some cash for out of state applications. My neighbors still help each other out with sidewalk, shoveling, grocery runs, meal sharing, ect. Nothing really changed on that end. Honestly, once you disengage you'll realize the world is a pretty nice place with a lot of good people in it.

On my morning runs, I've noticed there's a lot of old farts with CNN or Fox news streaming on their 50" flatscreens at 5:30 am. I think the only thing that's gotten cheaper in the last 20 years is flat screen TV's. The Chinese probably did that so we can self destruct as a nation by gulping up the BS by the mouthfuls.

1. It (broad-scale opposition) is mostly fabricated.
2. There are a shitton of "mistakes" being made.
3. For some of us, it's a peek at the future. Would your opinion change if Newsome were president and the ATF were going around rural America with administrative warrants searching homes for illegal firearms? If you don't think the other side isn't watching, taking notes, and planning their next actions when the pendulum swings, then well, I hope that sand isn't getting in your eyes.

I haven't.

I can't speak to direct evidence that protesters are paid. I can speak to checking Indeed just now and seeing jobs available which include

1. Cameraman for protest
2. Community organizer for Acorn which 1 item under description says organizing protests
3. Bodyguard for protest

Also a search of Crowds on Demand website says if you need to hire protesters we can get a crowd on the street. Request a quote click box

that took 15 seconds and seamed fairly credible. So 100% there is paid protestors. Is everyone we are seeing paid. No way. But can a few paid get it going or can more bulk numbers 100%.

Late to the game. I have a one and done. My mother married my father near the end of WWll. He was American she was British. She came to Ellis Island on a converted troop ship. She was processed with all the others and dumped off in New York where she was able to finally make contact with my dad's family who sent money for a train ride to CA. They were not allowed to bring anything more than pocket money. The immigrants were tracked closely, had to attend citizenship classes until graduation and ceremony to become a US citizen.
Based on that story alone told by a 100# 5' tall 20 year old woman, I see no reason whatsoever why the illegals cannot do the same thing today. No sympathy here. If they want to become citizens then they need to make the same efforts my mother did 80 + years ago.
