NM NonRes Over the counter?

I cant seem to find a answer besides old blogs for NM. But my brothers wedding has been delayed to September now in NM; it got me thinking if there are any over the counter archery tags available for deer or elk?--Thats also if there are any seasons open by then...

there may be some archery leftover tags for deer... not so sure for elk

Jicarilla reservation has first come first serve cow elk tags, but you have to hire an approved guide...

You can buy OTC Non Res Deer tags. We buy them every year. Don't think there sell Non Res Elk tags. Such a small percentage of them are available in the draw (6%)

There used to be archery only OTC elk tags in Dec, but I think they’re on the draw now. You can always buy a landowner voucher if you have that kind of cash.

For deer, as mentioned there will probably be some leftover archery tags. Private land only tags are unlimited OTC if you can get permission from a landowner, but the only public land tags are going to have to be through the draw or leftovers.
