Be carefull with Filson, most of it is made in Vietnam now...... their super expensive wool pants are only 22oz to the yard. Woolrich Malones are still 30oz........

Years ago I ordered a pair of woolen "New Swiss Army Officer's Pants" from Sportsman's Guide. When they came I found a handkerchief and a 2 swiss franc coin in the pocket. I called SG and asked if they came with accessories. Huh? When I explained, they gave me the choice of a refund (keep the pants) or another pair. I wore them for a number of years until age and an overactive fork made them shrink.

Before them I had worn my grandfathers Woolrich red and black checkered pants which tucked into your boots. They had served 3 generations and been in continuous use for over 60 years.
