My new boat

[Whiskers]

Took my 2000 18 ft SeaPro to the mechanics to have some minor things changed on it. I wanted a dual battery system, and the passenger seat to be made removable, instead of fixed.

$32,000 (thats more than I paid for my house) later. My new boat was tied up in my old slip.

My new 23 ft Maycraft closed transom, with 150hp Yamaha 4 stroke. Anyone interested in buying a SeaPro before Mrs. Whiskers finds out.

Nice boat Whiskers!!! If I ever bought another boat it would be a center console. I'll be selling mine this year and not replacing it. It's "makeup charter city" from here on in. It will not be that bad though as I can have a beer or two since I'm not driving.

Thats a nice boat but a,little too big for a small fry like me. Where I go fishing I don't think they allow those type in there LOL.

Elkchaser, she is alright with it, I told her it was either the boat, or I was going back to drinking and chasing women. and we bought our nest in 1970 thats why I paid more for the boat than we did the house. It also sports a porta potty under the Console, that made her day. No more hanging her cheeks over the side.
