Two months ago my bird hunting buddy passed away 
She would of been 15 in Nov. In her lifetime she had over 600 pheasants shot over her head. The picture is her wanting at the 2 hen pheasants in front of me. This picture is about 5 years old.
I got (Duchess) when she was 6 months old and spent the next 18 months with her on planted birds and training. She was a pure bred Britt. At age 4 she went with me to Iowa and SD for a 3 week pheasant hunting trip. The first day in Iowa she had 71 points, she was in hawg heaven.
She was my 25th Brit and my last. Unfortunately my handicap is getting so bad that I can't walk with a good dog like I used to.
She is dearly missed.
