So is bmu 141 that hard of a bear unit? Or just lack of trying since road access is so low? Or are black bear numbers low there? I was just looking at harvest rates and it just looks extremely low for how good the area looks.

I spent some time in that unit. I am guessing that any low harvest numbers are related to access. I did see quite a few really big bear tracks there. Looked like they needed to trim their toenails.
