just turned 30. I wakeboard and snowboard. Although I have broken my tibia and fibula twice, same leg, second time with a rod in it. I now wear a custom brace, which I neglected to do sometimes this summer, just so damn uncomfortable. I have a cyst on my back that inflames my nerve in my arm whenever I wakeboard, I get steroid injections twice a summer, the pain in my arm is worse than any brken bone I have had, yet.... I still keep doing cause it was what I love to do. I figure I am dead if I can't do the things I want to do. Won't stop, just have had to tone it down a bit. sorry to hear about you ankle.

To bad it wasn't a finger injury, you could just soak it in cider to make it feel better.......
