Moosie talk about soccer

My wife went to Jakes game yesterday and he started at mid field but soon came out. The team was down 2-1. Towards the end of the 1 half the coach looked and said about the goalie ; look he just standing there like he's waiting for the bus. One of the coaches who I was able to spend dome time with and told him Jake played goalie for an 18-19 yr old team and did great said; put Jake in what do we have to lose. So Jake went in the 2nd have as goalie. The wife said he stopped 3 precarious goals. The coach came up to Shelly and Jake after the game and said to Jake: Now that's the fire I was looking for all year , where's that been? Jake replied ; I guess in the goal coach. They ended with another tie after 2 over times. I hope he's in goal next Tuesday when I go to watch. Jake is 16 and 6'1" and still growing.

Never encourage your kid to play Keeper. Way too much pressure on the parent to watch......

What do you mean "to much pressure" Jake loves the position and strongly desires the challenges he gets in that position. Ever since he was small he has strive to be the best he can be as all my boys in sports at the positions they desire. I only encourage them when they want to do something and it is a good choice.

I love watching him perform win or lose it's still just a game JC. It's all how you look at it.

I do lose some finger nails sometimes LOL
