Has anyone else had problems trying to attach a secondary als for spouse or child? It’s like I can’t click on the attach button after the information has been entered. If anyone has a solution I’m all ears thanks.

Try a different browser... but general speaking the new portal is a pain in the butt.

I got my son attached. used google chrome if that helps....make sure you are entring the als # correctly.

Use Chrome...that is what the issue was for me.
