Yep. You can use a VPN such as Norton to get around it.

If you can pick where the server is...would have to be in the US I suspect.

That’s the safe bet, but HT is not blocked in several countries. I’ve accessed it from Canada, UK and Australia without needing VPN. But most other countries I’ve needed VPN.
