Not familiar with 20 year old regulations. Might have a copy in my basement somewhere though. I just think the Western part of the State is ignored and that management should be looked at region wide or even unit wide. I know there are LE areas here, but even those have declined significantly. I live in one of them. mtmuley

How much impact has development had? I think humans don’t even know the impacts on wildlife they have created.

Development where specifically? That's another thing that does not apply in every region or unit. mtmuley
 
That would be the ideal scenario if you’re someone that wishes to see more mature deer on public ground.

That majority of bucks get killed when they’re 2 vs 3? Doesn’t seem to make a difference to me, either way they’re not making it to what we like to call maturity
