Man. If the commission can step outside its own desire to do something, and take a deep breath and be judicious, and hold up for a year or two.

I love how the director again mentioned mandatory harvest reporting and told a story about writing it up on a napkin.

That would be like me telling you guys I have this great idea called Internet I want to tell you about.
