Montana Deer Hunt

Hey guys well just got back from my WY antelope hunt and getting ready to go on my MT deer hunt in a few weeks.
We are going to be heading to the CMR area and looking to hunt BLM and the CMR around the area. I am taking a buddy of mine that has never shot a buck of any kind in the close to 20 yrs of hunting he has done. So needless to say we arent looking for monsters just a decent buck im sure hed be happy with a 3x3 or better.
My question is where can i find a list of leftover lic available im having a hard time finding if there are doe tags or cow elk tags or anything available to us.

There won't be any cow tags left for the breaks; most of the units are at < 40% 1st choice draw.
