Stammen sure let Miller burn out there and toss a lot of pitches. 3 walks and when the stakes are so high not so sure you leave him out there. For all of Brew Crew nation, we thank you

I’m not believing that the Braves pulled that one off. Two bullpen games in a row. Down to only 2 starting pitchers, and they use neither one in the first two games and still come out 1-1 heading back to Atlanta (er, Marietta). Go. Braves!Great win for the Braves with a bullpen game. Now going back to Atlanta 1-1 with Sale and Mahle pitching the next 2 games.
Or maybe it was the hand of Ueker reaching down to help outFrance hit the ball off the bat at 105.3 mph and a 49-degree launch angle. Even after hitting the roof, it traveled 325 feet and, according to Statcast estimates, would've been a home run in one MLB ballpark -- Daikin Park in Houston. That said, it's very hard to hit a ball out of the park at such a steep launch angle. As Timothy Burke posted on Bluesky, no ball in the Statcast era that had an exit velocity of 105 mph and a launch angle of 49 degrees has ever been a home run. The batted balls with those traits have a batting average of .037 and, again, no home runs.
