I just missed a 600+ yd shot at a running coyote by about 3 feet. My wife asked " Don't you have a rifle that can shoot further?" My reply was no but I can get one!

When the wife says I need another rifle, I'm not asking any questions or saying anything stupid. I was shooting a 6.5. It was around 600 yds and a 200+ drop in elevation. The yote was hauling ass, I'm surprised I came that close on an offhand shot.

22 ARC in an AR those new ELD-VTs might be a good starting point but a 77 TMK would make you the ultimate hunter.
