Does anyone know if they will have a live web feed of the meeting tomorrow. I know you can go down to FWP and see it. But I can't do that tomorrow.

Would like to see how this goes down.

If not, hopefully someone can post up with the good and the bad.

I will be there. Should be a one of the more lively Commission meetings in a long time.

For those who can't make it, they will be taking written comment following this meeting. I hope all the MT guys will provide comment on such.

I will definintely be sending written comments in and emailing all my friends to do the same.

Randy, for young guys like me who've never made any attempt at commenting in any political process, do you have any advice on how to voice an opinion? What I mean is is it best to just list what you support and don't support, or try to put it in a formal letter format and look more official? Better to go postal mail, email, or just comment on the website? Any advice would be appreciated, just never tried to voice an opinion to big brother before and don't know how to start.

First, be concise and professional. Stay on topic.

Like you said, mention what you like, or what you don't like. Provide any science or data that supports your position. Make sure your comment references the issue, rule, or legislation your are writing about.

You can write, email, or use the links on their website. It all seems to be given the same level of commentary. Commissioners will tell you privately that they are not too impressed with the same form letter coming from a web bot that fills their email boxes.

Don't be afraid to email the Commissioners and Directory directly. Their contact information is provided on the FWP website.

If you have friends who feel like you do, have them join in. One comment does not carry near the weight as four similar comments.

Thanks for jumping in.

Thanks Randy, good job. Good angle following the Sierra Club dude.

The Sierra Club and the others sure have latched on to the units being over objective haven't they. We gotta change that Barret Law.

Many of these people keep mentioning tourism, wildlife "viewing" dollars. Maybe FWP should issue "wildlife viewing" licenses. They should have to have a conservation license with it. LOL

shoots-straight....fun to hear a voice that until now has only been a picture on HuntTalk. Well said.

Not sure what college grad was trying to say...

Notice how hardly any who oppose the new proposals give any scientific evidence and proof, and most who approve can state direct scientific evidence to back them up, taking emotion out of the equation.

I don't get the idea that e calls are not fair chase. Sheesh, even the state of Washington, that will not allow lions to be run with hounds, allows e callers for cats.
