Let's get this crap over with!

Grader just plowed the road again. No clue how much we got so far since it all blew around. Had a couple drifts about 3 feet deep. Had to knock them down so they wouldn't spread out when the wind changes.

Looked like drifting on an interstate...I've seen drifts like that in very remote areas with little to no traffic.
i35 runs straight north and south there. In that part of Iowa there isn’t a tree for 30 miles in any direction. It sounded like the snow was settling under the over pass where there was less wind. They have gates on the interchanges. I’m surprised they didn’t close it down.

There ain't nothing like it. Hunting in passing snow storm is the adult version of Christmas morning.

At least the stuff coming down now isn't blowing around! 3-4 hours each on Saturday and Sunday plowing with the 4 wheeler made for some sore joints and muscles! Maybe this powder will let me play Elmer Fudd for a while. ;)
