That's Ryan Hatch holding those antlers.

nmtaxi is spot on.....that is Ryan Hatch back in 1988 in front of his old gas station.

Actually this is a real buck that was killed near Vernal, Utah back in the hey days. Ryan restored the antlers for the owner. The buck is 36" wide and net scores around 206". It's listed in "Utah's Biggest Bucks".

The thing is Ryan is only 3 foot 7 inches tall making the rack look even larger.
