Those bloody Fallow, if ever there was a deer to run after the shot it's a Fallow.
Wish i was 15 again, great to see youngsters out hunting.

When are the best hunting months out there?Its a trip I need to take within next few years.Would need a lot of help on places to go hunt though.Red deer and fallow would be my main focus I think

April and May would be the best for catching both the Red Roar and the Fallow Rut respectively. Good hunting is to be had both before and after the Roar/Rut as well. Tahr and Cham rut mid winter (June/July) and is a serious undertaking.
