The responses and people I talked to made it sound like its a super friendly and great area to visit.

Without a doubt. Friendliest people I have ever met have been in western Kansas.

4 bucks seen today. All on private, nothing spectacular but all mature deer. 2 mule, 2 WT.

We are sucking it up. Three total bucks seen yesterday and nothing aligned on public with her around.

Today 5 bucks seen so far but we finally found the forkies, 4 of them. The other was a giant whitetail but on private while moving to next spot.

Wife is set in a good looking spot looking over ag fields and I'm doing some scouting on another piece. 1 day to go, crunch time

Nope we froze our butts off. The freezing fog here is nasty.

We refound him right away this morning at first light but he was on private and stayed about 100 yards that way as he went to bed. Sat on him tonight again and he was about 300 yards from public.

They know how to pull your strings, good thing they dont have beds off the ground, fall out with hilarity.

Did see 27 different deer this morning though in this spot, almost all does. Just two bucks including that great one. Tonight we saw at least 9 does with that buck and I'll assume most are recounts from this morning
