Finally drew something this year!

My oldest son’s first “real” year hunting and he has a Mule deer permit and an antelope buck tag. Lucky bugger.

Struck out on my buck tag with zero points. Drew one of the NR B tags north of the river in 7 with 3 points. Gonna pair it with a leftover cow elk tag in Wy and make it a fun combo hunt on non-glory tags and have a hell of a time!

I completely forgot about the draw until I got the email from FWP. But I haven’t hunted antelope before so it’s not really on my radar to obsessively check (yet). Anyway I drew a B tag, for an area my BIL is apparently familiar with. Should be fun.

I drew the same tag I had in Region 3 in 2022. That was a fun hunt, but the following winter was rough on the antelope down there. Hopefully they have recovered a bit. I was hoping my 12 year-old son would draw instead of me, but at least he’ll get to tag along.

It's been a while since I drew a pronghorn tag, but the last time I did, I remember getting an email from FWP saying that I had the ability to buy an OTC ewe/fawn tag as well. Anybody gotten one of those emails yet or know when the OTC ewe/fawn tags are typically available?

Successful. I have both MT and WY pronghorn on the schedule. Now to decide on SD with 12 points.

Not happening anymore. That’s what the -30 permits are now.

Drew a B tag. After 4 years straight of drawing buck tags, haven’t drawn one since ‘22. Apps have skyrocketed where I apply.

Kinda sucks antelope districts are so big cause where I hunt I don’t really see anyone. Most folks are applying to hunt an entirely different area on the other side of the unit.
