I hear the cabin I sold to get my ranch has snow to the roof.
It was 4 a few days a go and 34 this morning. Snow patchy with some fresh Wed. ,maybe 4".
Pruned my fruit trees in shirtsleeves yesterday. The ground is frozen still.

SOB. I can’t even fathom 70’s and 80’s right now. -10 right now, blowing snow and a windchill warning here. We might get above zero on Thursday.

I had a buddy try and sell me 10 ac on Havasu. $5,000. For spec homes.
I bought 10 ac in SLO county for $12k. 1978. Interest was 12%,paid off in 3 years.
