Juhlapano Bear roast

My wife whipped up this awesome bear roast the other night. Absolutely delicious, can't keep it to myself.

2 lb game roast
Coat generously with powdered ranch dressing seasoning and powdered beef broth base.
6 to 12 whole jalepenos depending on size and desired spice. (We used 8)
1 stick of butter
1 cup of water

Dutch oven for 8 hrs @ 285 degrees

haha I don't think that's hair. I think it's just strands of pepper or vegetable material. I assure you I would've noticed hair.

I'm told but have not investigated that the Hatch harvest is a bit low this year. TNC in Dillon had a roast 3 weekends last year but this year it was 2 days and they were nearly out when I got some
