Leupold BX-4 Rangefinding Binoculars

It’s a 5-point Mule Deer, change my mind

What is a mule deer with 5 points on each side called? (A beam plus G1-G4)

  • 5 point

  • Big ol cranker 10-pointer

  • 4 point

  • 4 point with browtines

  • 4 point with eye-guards

The fact that people get worked up over this is funny. No one cares about your dinky ass deer, eyeguards or not...
It’s still better than reading an argument about pussies being offended at other pussies for being offended, and one group of pussies labeling themselves the winner of the pussy snowflake throw down.

There not eyeguards and its easy to prove because if that was true all deer without "eyeguards" would have damaged eyes... They are browtines as they exist above the brows.

Added: Boone and Crockett refers to them as a "brow point"

Did you glue that together with the points from 3 big MT bucks?
Very sharp eye and the story is too long to tell and no interest in derailing this great thread but there was some gluing involved. Those are the original horns. Look away it’s hideous.

Looks pretty great. I see the antelope horn on the right antler.

Eye guards on deer, brow tines on elk.

Just go with 4x4 if the points are above the fork. Regardless of what's scoreable, it's how we do it out west.
