Is a Wyoming leftover antelope hunt still worth it this late in the game?

I was lucky when my buddy got too old to hunt out west and moved to FL. A year or two before that happened I ran into another fellow out there that is 13 years younger than I am that lives out in Wyoming and hunts as hard as I do day after day. We're up and out well before daylight and seldom back in camp until well after dark. Neither of us drink or smoke, which just makes camp that much better. Turned out that he grew up less than two hours north of my home here in MI and his folks still have their 500 acre farm up there. Now that he retired last November we have even more hunts going this year than you can shake a stick at all of September and October and then up here the last half of November for our rifle deer season. Life is good!

Yep.Not as good as I used to be but better than I am going to be. Enjoy every day ! I do.

Yes- I usually plan to go by myself and if it works out for someone else to tag along, or get a tag, then great. If not- no big deal I just go.
