Interesting day

Hey all,
Went out driving in the hills today with some friends and we came around a corner and there was a coyote going uphill with something in his mouth. Well I took a "hail mary" shot at the coyote and he dropped whatever he had in his mouth and ran off. We hiked over to where he was and it a head to a freshly killed fawn! That little s.o.b. must of killed a fawn along with the buddy that was with him. I just wish I would of hit that little s.o.b. I've shot 6 coyotes in the area lately as I've been watching a monster buck there so hopefully I'll be able to get a few more coyotes in the next few days.

I thought about taking pics of the deer but i didn't want people to view my gallery and think i shot a fawn/yearling doe.

I think coyotes are harder on deer than a lot of people think. I once shot a coyote packing a deer leg. He was to greedy to set it down (that made him slow enough for me to shoot). hump hump
