Influencers-The look at me crowd.
I have them stashed everywhere. mtmuley
LOL. Same. I have 4 pairs floating around. I discovered this morning that all 4 pairs migrated to my house. So now I have 5 pairs. I might add all is fun and games till someone throughs Matlock reruns under the bus. Those are classics. I would watch them before watching Bucks of Tecomante. At least Matlock I don't know the ending every time. The one thing influencers do better then most TV shows IMO is keep it real. Meateater does a good job. I don't enjoy as much watching hunting shows where I cant learn anything. Sometimes but it has to be background noise or I am really bored. Personally I don't mind sharing some spots. But rarely my best spots unless its extreme. If you have to go to great lengths to accomplish it I don't mind sharing. If something is remote and the only way to get there is 7 days of non motorized travel I figure who cares. They earned it. And I rarely found it on my own. Just my opinion

Ive given that alot of thought. Might put one on an older BP, and stick with something traditional for the next one.
Eyesight is only difficult in very low light. Got some ideas for modifying the buckhorn sights.
Williams also makes a peep/xhair set up that’s pretty nice but man do I love that red dot. It’s nice being able to see a animal and not staring at the 3 dots

I went to a red dot on my turkey gun 3 years ago. Have to say, I really like it.
And I dont feel guilty, cuz I killed 50 + with a bead.😉

Talking with a friend recently about the struggle of open sights on our BP rifles. 😂 without cheaters can't see the rear sight..with cheaters can't see down range.
I'll never forget a hunt with my dad over 20 years ago. We were in a blind a decent buck came out dad pulled up his open sight winchester model 94 30-30 and took aim. And aimed and aimed some more then put the gun down. When questioned why he said "son I can see the deer, the front post, and rear sight but not at the same time. It's hell getting old."
