IL DNR Bobcat Permit Draw Oops

I got an email Thursday from the IL DNR notifying me that I drew an Illinois Bobcat permit for the ‘22-‘23 hunting and trapping season. I was pretty stoked. Then I got this email yesterday saying never mind.

I applied the first couple years. When two brothers in pittsfield were pulling tags every year i gave up figuring the fix was in. Glad to see they implemented a new rule about elligibily - but i guess that sucks for you.
